Or the rod from the actuator to the lock has disconnected for some reason.

David, I had a 1995 Honda Accord EX wagon, wonderful car. Sorry, something happened to Honda, and it's bad... see this. sorry, http://www.carcomplaints.com/Honda/Accord/2004/
