Dealer problem after sale

Asked by Linda Mar 28, 2020 at 07:27 PM about the 2017 BMW 4 Series 430i Convertible RWD

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Dealer sold us car that two different repair shops
deemed unsafe to drive due to the damage a non
reported off market repair made  to a strut
shredding the tire. We replaced tire immediately
and Dealer said that since we had done that, they
would see what they would reimburse us snd send
check with license plates. Got the plates, no check.
Would like to review to reflect dissatisfaction

If you contacted the Dealer through cargurus you will receive an email in about two weeks asking for your review. Hope that helps! Jim

for future, always have a used car inspected by a repair shop before you purchase, don't trust the selling dealer.
