12v outlets not working, fuse appears fine [2017 Volvo V60]

There are the two outlets on one circuit (#22 under glove box) and the fuse is not broken but the
outlets are not working. Outlets are clean and new and have never been used. Anyone have any
advice? Mange takk - Thanks in advance and let me know if there’s a better forum to ask if this
is the wrong place.

We are having the same problem on our 2015.5 XC60 T6 AWD. Fuse #22 is good but we have no power to the USB jack inside the storage bin (arm rest) or either 12V power source (cig lighter). Please help. Thank you.
