Battery gage read high

I replace my battery and alternator three
months ago, and now my battery gage stay
on high all the time when I'm driving.  I also
noted when I turn on my lights or roll up my
window my car accelerates.

Go to one of your local parts houses and ask them to run a load test on your charging system. They should be able to tell you EXACTLY what the problem is.
