How do you change the digital display from Trip A to the fuel range display?
This was displayed when I bought the car, but now I can't get it to work.

When you are on your trip A screen, use the arrow button, directly below it, and press it upwards. You can scroll a few options on it. I went CRAZY trying to figure it out, so I had to share when I finally did!
