1999 Ford LX Won't Start

The engine turns over,I can hear the fuel pump come on,I'm getting spark,I used a code reader and no codes are showing.It seems that the fuel is only getting as far as the fuel rail at the injectors and the release valve has pressure each time I check after attempting to start it.I checked the fuses and all are good.Is there certain relays I can check?I put a little fuel down the cylinders and it seemed like it was going to start.

I did more playing around and found out I'm getting fuel to the cylinders.I took all the plugs out and when I turn the engine over it seems that two of the plugs are firing at the same time all the time.Were thiinking it may be the coil pack?
