2017 Subaru Legacy radio

We have a 2017 Legacy Subaru with Sirus problems it would disconnect
everytime we turned the car off.  Dealer put a new chip in in Sept.  Started
having issues again lost Sirus and now have no navigation keeps saying it
needs MAP SD data and the clock has gone crazy, phone connect at time
and at other times not so much -  supposedly dealer has ordered a new radio
-  do you think this is going to solve the problem - we travel alot and really
need the navigation and sirus to work properly
