Hot had more standard options (like AC). Cool and had less options. Price difference new was about 2 grand.

odometer and speedometer themselves, or the lighting behind them?

try and resetting the battery, i have a fully bolt on zx2 and these are fun cars, just disconnect and reconncet the neg, battery, if that dint work, take out all fuses and put them back in, if tht dont works, it could be your cluster

replaced both the positive and the negative battery cables that connect the battery to the car. And yes, the speedometer and odometer themselves. the tacometer and everything else still works, even had a new voltage regulator put in. and i guess its a hot since it has ac. that hasn't ever worked since i bought it. but yes, love this car. im gonna drive it till the wheels fall off! lol
