rear ABS light, and brake light on at the same time

the ABS light, and the brake light are on the same time. i know there is a sensor on the rear axle, and i even removed it and cleaned it, but the lights are still on.  any suguesstions, or help would be greatly appreciated..

1st check that the sensor is still good by removing the pigtail connection and set up a ohm meter on the two wires. set the ohm meter to 200 ohms and turn the hub. If the numbers change the sensor is good and then change the module.
