what is the best tire for a smoother ride? I purchased my 2017 Camry recently
that has Lemane Touring tires and it seems to be a bumpy ride. Are these tires
the cause?

Bigger rims with lower profile tires can't take abuse like smaller rims with meatier tires, but ride quality is going to come from the suspension. Can your struts be adjusted? If not ask dealer about softer riding struts.

Read tire reviews to find smooth riding tires. You may want to drop your wheels size 1" which will make a noticeable difference in ride quality. I doubt you have run flat tires but if you do you will see a Big difference in ride quality if you go to regular tires.
