Window opening without activation

Has anyone experienced both front driver and
passenger door windows going down without
activation?

It's called "Global Opening" When unlocking your vehicle, press and hold the remote control unlock button to open the door locks and the windows. It's spelled out in the owners manual. You must be hitting the button accidentally.

Now that you mentioned that, it could be what happened. I will check out the manual and try to recreate the the situation. Thanks a bunch!
