Van won't start

I have battery,  radio and lights all on, but van won't
start . Makes clicking, but does not even try to turn
over

From what your saying. You have a bad starter or solenoid. Both can cause this problem especially on fords. I'm not for sure with out looking it up if the solenoid is made on the starter. I think it is.ill check an see but that's your problem.
