HOW MUCH ROOM ON THE FLOORM BEHIND THE REAR SEAT?

HOW MUCH ROOM ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE REAR SEAT?  I HAVE A ROLLATOR I WANT TO PUT IN THE REAR TAILGATE.  I  WOULD LIKE TO PUT IT IN WITH THE LONG SIDE FORE-AND-AFT.  I COULD CONSIDER PUTTING IT IN WITH LONG SIDE ACROSS THE FLOOR.  FOLDED, THE ROLLATOR IS 36" LONG BY 24" WIDE AT TOP..  THE BOTTOM HAS WHEELS AND IS 36" WIDE.  THEB WHEELS MAKE THE MBOTTOM HARDER TO FIT IN.

Our 2006 Sportage holds my wife's rollator with ease and the new 2017 is somewhat larger in the storage area.
