Headlights not working

Asked by Arizona_Geek May 18, 2016 at 08:06 PM about the 1989 Dodge Colt 2 Dr E Hatchback

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My alternator went out and was producing 17-18v. I replaced the alternator. My 4 halogen headlights were toast. I replaced them but no joy. My glove box manual does not show fuses for headlights. I have manually checked the headlight relay, and it works and 12v is supplied to it. I do not know if there is any fuse or fusible link involved. All in the under the hood box look OK. All other lights OK. HELP!
