96 infinity i30

Hi. I have a 96 infiniti i30, the car just started
overheating on me. I've reordered both thermostat
and fans in psst two days, it has all fluids. Even I
start it it's fine. When I switch gears and accelerate
, temp gauge gradually rises. One my rpm reaches
2000 it jerks and jumps??... Please help I need
fixed ASAP.

Also when I went to check for leaks I found none, but I did find a pool of oil underneath the manifold where the knock sensor is..

i had the same problem on my 1997. i had the system chemically flushed and it quit overheating.problem solved
