Turn signals staying on when ignition is off

A my 90 Silverado when the ignition is turned off
on turn signals stay on with the ignition off when I
turn the turn signal to left or right whichever one I
turn to schutz to turn signal off I also have no
brake lights but everything else seems to work the
emergencies when I leave mission on the turn
signal left or right works like it should but when I
turn the ignition on but when the ignition is off both
blinkers stay on they don't blink they just stay on
now I know it's the blinkers I took a test light and
check the wires and turn signal wires had power
