have you checked to see if the heater core is stopped up. also some cars have a bleeder that comes off of the top heater core line for the water im not sure about this model but i would definately check

no i have not but think you it's worth a check out the heater core check

first check thermostat sensor, a lot of them go bad, (dash cluster gauges) also they have had bad gauges. so if its not boiling over which you will see and hear?? its prob a sensor bad giving a false reading. also never hurts to check trans fluid?
