Giving this a try Hope someone can help me out on this,

I have a 1995 chevy 1500 5.7 v8 , she turns on great with no problems but
when I shift it down to reverse it jerks back really hard then when I shift it into
drive it jerks hard forward then I try to take off but it goes really slow when
pressing the gas peddle down. there's no leaks under the truck when I let it run
for a bit, my oil & transmission fuilds are good iv also changed my "throttle
position sensor" & "idle control valve" ..
if any one has an idea or give me any advice on what they think it could be I
would really appreciate it.... thanks!
