why is my brake pedal soft and go almost to floor before stopping.?

i have changed out the master cylinder, complete front disc brake assembly,and complete rear drum brake assembly, and bled all four lines. pedal still goes almost to floor ,but truck stops a little better.

You have to bench bleed the master cylinder. Remove it, bench bleed it, then start over.
