Hey guys, I have a 96 suburban and all of a sudden my dash lights and tail lights went out. I keep blowing fuse 9 any idea. I have replaced the headlight switch already.

I started the truck and backed out. It was very damp today turned the lights on
and dash went out. keep blowing fuse 9. cant find a short. also low beams
dont work unless the steering wheel is tilted up all the way

found some broken wires on the turn signal switch so i changed it and still keep blowing the #9 fuse
