Engine won't fire

Asked by Scottdenton Aug 25, 2018 at 06:26 PM about the 1998 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Cheyenne 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed out the long block on a Chevy 1500
Cheyenne 5.7 4 by 4 and I can't get it to fire. It fired
fine before change. I have replaced
distributor,plugs wires, coil,etc. I have checked all
fuses and grounds and made sure everything is
plugged in. Can someone please tell me what else
might be the problem
