Two things need to know before i can answer your question,do you have fuel at fuel rail,and do you have spark at plugs?

Check the distributor module,sound like it may be bad.

I don,t think so,cam sensor only works with the PCM, tell,s how much fuel for timming on cam,you have fuel<,,,the Distributor module controls firing from the crank sensor to the distributor,think thats where you need to look.

That ignition control module can be tested at Auto Zone. May want to have the coil tested also.

Yes agree,all ways check the power source before anything else,that usually where you start,good call Rowefast.

so the other day i moved my 1997 chevy k1500 in my driveway and put my plow on then let it run for a while. I came bacj to it about 30 mins later and it was dead. I tried to crank it but got nothing. after going over everything replacing coil icm ecm crank sensor cam sensor plugs wires complete distributer from cap to oil pump . I have spark but when it it reaches distributer i get no spark to wires. Any ideas? I have never seen this before, im at a loss, please help!! 7 Answers
