A/C issue

My a/C only blows out of defrost. Have out stereo
and glove box where is flap for directional air flow?
Doesn't change when press buttons on panel.  
Or something else?

Bad motor located under steering wheel. Fixed myself. A little hard to reach but patience wins over.
