Need help with a blower motor diagnosis

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Blower motor on a/c & heat not operating. Will occationally (rarely) come on for a few seconds, then shut off. Fuses fine. Relay fine. Pulled motor and wired direct to battery. Motor worked. Controls seem to work when it does come on. Where do I go from here?
