Vdc question

I have an 04 infinity G35 coupe 6mt and
while driving I started smelling a burning
wire smell and the my lights flickered and
all my dash lights came on and went off 2
times , I noticed it did it when I turn the
button for VDC OFF (vehicle dynamic
control) and it would do that and then turn
that light off! So smoke and no burnt wires
anywhere and all seems fine now and once
I got out of the car it didn't smell at all!
