MY CAR IS STARTING AS IF IT'S HAVING A FUEL OR FIRING PROBLEM. IT DOESN'T START ON THE FIRST TRY DRAGS A LITTLE ON THE SECOND BUT STARTS. MY (CHECK ENGINE LIGHT,SLIP AND VDC IS OFF) LIGHTS ARE ALL ON
