On average I get 200km per tank with a 75
litre tank in my Infiniti g35 coupe. Why am I
getting such low gas km/L?

You most likely have a check engine light popping up and your car must run like crap. If you are getting only 200 kms to a full tank of fuel youve got some major fuel dump issues or your leaking gas as you drive.
