installation of hidden hitch on 2016 dodge durango

I have a 2016 dodge durango and would like to install a hidden hitch.  There is a hitch receiver cover so trying to find out if there is any cutting that will need to be done on the bumper to complete the installation of the hidden hitch.

No! No cutting involved. They sell hidden receiver and extended hitch. They last guy I heard about cut and well and trailer broke away from vehicle with piece of receiver attached to trailer. Insurance never covered it!
