02 mazda p5 issues

I have a 2002 mazda p5 i bought it cheap but as
soon as i hook up the battery the horn,windshield
wiper and head light come on even thou there on
the off possion can anyone tell me how to fix this
issue?

that's why you got it cheap of course , you have some electrical issues and you'll need a multi meter to trace these circuits and find the problems , or send it to an auto electric tech. , not just any mechanic .
