Why is there a letter 'D' on my Mazda CX-5 skyactiv-G 160?

On the backside of my Mazda CX-5 (2015) there is a letter 'D' beneath the
SkyActiv logo. Does anyone know what it stands for? (see foto)

Thats a sticker or something someone put on...if you bought the car used it was something they put on the personalize the car. Heat it up with a low-heat setting blow dryer and peel it off. It has nothing to do with Mazda.
