My Chrysler 2010 Sebring won't start we got a brand new battery starter and spark plugs. We checked all the fuses and they seem fine. What are we missing ?? And what is this fuse relay we keep reading

We have a 2010 Chrysler Sebring and it
will not turn over at all we purchased a
brand-new battery brand-new starter
brand-new spark plugs brand-new air filter
all the fuses are fine in the car and it still
won't start there is a clicking underneath
the hood  but that is about it and we are
wondering about this fuse relay in the
starter that we keep reading about and we
need answers

Have you disarmed the security system after the battery was installed? Procedure is listed in the owners manual. Another thing that concerns me is you didn't mention installing the factory preset saver tool before removing main power, when you remove power without the tool, the BCM looses its memory, and the only place that can put it back is the dealer. HTH
