Did you try and install with battery connected? If so the car knows it was tampered with and you may have triggered security system check and make sure

Hi I installed with the battery disconnected, but I sorted it out. Where I live is very hot and it was just a flat battery, it was just one of those things that the battery went flat and didn't engage the starter just when I changed the component. With the new battery everything works fine.
