Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello Gurus,
Had a very bad experience today.
While driving uphill with several right and left turns, my buick rendezvous
(2006) suddenly died. right on the turn. No brakes no steering.
Car immediately started afterwards.
Happened again on the next turn , and then on the next making me have to
accelerate before the turn to keep the Revs up so the car won't stall.
No check engine light.
Where do I begin my diagnostics?

there are numerous things that can cause this. try to turn the wheels when the car is not moving and see if it does it. If so, possibly a bad wire in the steering column. If it only happens while moving, it could be bad baffles in the gas tank, if tank is low the car will starve for fuel on turns. could be battery connections or other wiring that is only affected with the inertia of a turn. could also be a battery that is bad inside and the inertia of the turn shorts things out. could also be a bad motor mount that is causing the engine to torque over and cut something off. These are some of the more common things.

Thank you Mike ! Went through all the list above. But none of the above seem to be my problem. Any other ideas?
