When I use CarGurus and ask several questions and I am on a regular computer will the answer send to the email address I signed up with on this web site?

This and any other help on the questions I asked about installing a rotating
axle bar along with trouble shooters with answers sent to my gmail address
will definitively help me finish fixing this 2000 Ford Focus. Thank you for
your time answering my questions I definitely don't have the time to
research installing this part to get to work?
