Either your blower motor is bad, or your blower motor resistor. Turn on the power to your blower motor. Now locate the motor. It's usually up under the glove box area on the passenger side. Under the dash in the very right corner. If you can find it, take a large ratchet and rap on the bottom of the motor. If it suddenly kicks on, the blower motor is bad. If still no power, check your fuses. If fuses are good, then I would replace your blower motor resistor. Not sure where that is located on your car. It may be up under the dash by the blower motor. Here is a quick "how to" video on replacing the blower motor: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBxqp6ZX5PQ If you drop out the blower motor, you can put a test light one the plug and see if you are getting 12 volts. If you are, then your blower resistor is probably fine. I say probably because although you are getting 12 volts, you may find that you only have one speed on the fan control. If that's the case, then you will have to replace the resistor as well.

I found out today that the plug and harness are faulty I have had my fan blower go out here and there and I went to see what I had to do.to fix it. The blower wouldnt blow so with the.key on and the fan speed set at for 4 I reached to check the connection and when I touched it the fan came on let go went off so I felt when I.wiggled it u could feel the plug.get.warm so I think hyundai should concern this issue I read about this all the time. As me being a tech for 13 yrs I always check the obvious before tearing it apart. Hipe this helps

Thanks. I figured out that my son was just sitting in the passenger seat and hit the wire by mistake. A little press on the wire fixed it.

Thank you Reelin68. My son has an 09 Elantra, the blower motor is in the same spot under the glove box. A little tap on the housing of the blower and it started working. We know what we need to repair it.
