So i have a 1983 cadillac fleetwood brougham everytime i
take it to the pimp to fill it up the gas backs up the tube
and i cant fill it until completely

I pump my gas, perhaps your pimp is the problem? ;) The gas tank vent/EVAP system is not venting properly.
