door lock will not lock the passenger side door

Not sure if this is the exact problem, but I replaced a lock sensor on a 2005 Pontiac that had the same problem. You have to be very careful dismantling the door trim and panel. If you haven't done it before, or have the right tools I would suggest an auto body shop or (dread) a dealer. Should only take about an hour, so choose wisely so you don't get ripped off.
