my wipers don't work on low speed and they won't go to park when turning
them off.

thanks, Mark, is not the motor or the Switch, the switch has 3 speeds, does not work on slow, and when i have it on high and go to turn it off the wipers will stay in the middle of windshield unless i time it right. any feed back would be great. I'm 100% sure is not the motor or the switch. could it be the relay?? thanks guys
