rebuilt manual transmission

Asked by gandal Dec 08, 2018 at 02:40 AM about the 2000 Hyundai Accent GS 2-Door Hatchback FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My rebuilt manual transmission for a 2000 Accent is more difficult to find fifth
gear and the sound rises in pitch as though I found the wrong gear, increases
with speed. Is this normal? Also the new clutch is lower to the floor and offers
less resistance to the foot than the original. Does this sound liike a problem
exists?
