At what mileage should gaskets be changed on Head Covers?

i assume you mean the valve cover gaskets. there is no mileage interval at which to replace them, just when you notice them leaking. also when the valve cover gaskets are changed there is a spark plug grommet that keeps the oil out of your spark plug holes that should be changed with them
