Ml 320 CDI KEY

Question type: General

My key won't go into dash and therefore
nothing works not even central locking.
Have replaced battery and still nothing. My
spare key works fine. Any ideas

I had to order a new key!!! That was quite a job too. I had to provide copies of passport, driving licence, utility bill and also a letter of authority giving permission to the Mercedes specialist that I use to order it. I then had to go personally with the car to a Mercedes Benz Dealership so that they could take a photo of the chassis plate. And finally when Mercedes delivered the key to the specialist I had to be there personally to sign for it!!!!
