I have a 2003 Hyundai Elantra with 65,000 miles and i just recently found out i need a front right wheel bearing and I have 2 evap leaks. (2 codes came up). I was quoted $450 to fix both issues including a state inspection. Is this a serios issue with my car that has to be fixed right away or something i can fix over the next few weeks? Is this a good price for the problem? Is there something i can do to fix these issues for now that could be a cheaper option?

I would fix the wheel bearing right away as it may be a safety issue or at the very least it could strand you when it goes out completely. As far as the evap system it is just a matter of how much time your state gives you to fix it.
