2000 ford explorer power windows

Asked by Myranda Jun 20, 2018 at 11:11 AM about the 2000 Ford Explorer XLT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2000 ford explorer. My windows won't roll
down. But my lock button works. And I mean none
of my window buttons work on any of my doors.
Checked fuses and they are fine, check to see if a
wire was broke in the boot between body and door,
also fine. So what else can it be?

Use a multi meter and make sure you are getting voltage to the main control on the drivers door. If power is present check for proper ground.
