Just changed starter now the engine starts by held key and can't move

Just got a new starter drove about 100m parked
again car starts normal drove 10m check engine
pop up car stalled engine shuts down brake pad
and steering wheel turns hard rock rolls the car to
parking lot. Tried starting the car starts with key
held only .the engine sound and even the
serpentine belt rotate but car can't move .the final
kick of the engine is not there.

I found the problem the ECU fuse 15A was blown just put the spare boom worked driving happily singing....not for long damn blown again this time it is blown by turning key on instantly blown or my spares even 20,30 bought some more 8 fuses gone even went ahead for wipers and fog...had to abandon the car frustrated thought of torching it ...? Anyone with ideas to fix this these mechanics not getting my dime again 500+ help
