Why would my 2004 Hyundi Elantra start to smoke from my radiator, when it has water and anti-freeze?

Most likely problem here is a leak in the radiator or a hose close to radiator. Best way to check this is to run car up to temperature and look all around radiator and associated hoses. Some leaks can be very small. Sometimes you can find a small leak. By looking for it at night or in a dark garage. For this get the car up to temp turn off lights and shine a flashlight all around under hood you will see the steam rise up in the light.

you want to check the raditor very closely, as this paticular model has a tendency to crack right along the edge by the core support. front edge between the radiator and the condensor
