Belt Sqeals randomly only when the heat blower motor is on

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2004 Hyundai Accent with a random belt squeal. I have replaced all 3 belts and still get the random squeal. It is intermittent and I happen to notice it only occurs when the heater blower is on. If I cut it off, the squeal doesn't occur. When it does happen, it doesn't matter if you let it idle or accelerate. It is impossible to predict when it will happen making it very difficult to find the actual problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the tensioner pulley(s)? Spring might be wearing out and loosing the ability to keep proper tension on the belts causing the random squeal

I have checked the pulley and all is well. What has me puzzled is why I only get the squeak when the blower motor is on. The blower motor itself may be going out and causing a squeal noise that resembles the belts... thoughts?

I thought most blower motors were inside the car and direct drive, blower head on electric motor. I'm not referring to the pulley itself, but the spring behind the arm that holds the pulley on. If the spring is worn and not keeping tension on the pulley, the belts may squeak
