Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm trying to figure out what would cause my
engine to hiccup or hesitate only in 4th gear approx
60 to 70 mph and only when the throttle is pressed,
doesn't do it when you let off. Every other gear and
idle range is smooth.  I have replace the fuel pump,
spark plugs, the tps, cleaned the throttle body and
the maf sensor I'm kinda out of ideas any help
would be greatly appreciated.

OK so update, I've also replaced the spark plug wires, ignition coil basically everything in the ignition system has been replaced. I took it to the dealer and he said possible transmission issue, so I took it upon myself to swap the transmission, that has been done and guess what....still same problem. I'm absolutely out if idea's I've thought fuel injectors but they have been cleaned, I've thought timing but no misfire codes or rough idle. Can anyone help with this thanks in advance. This is an 05 hyundai Tucson 2.7 v6
