When you changed your battery you probably interrupter power by not applying auxiliary 12V power to the cables. This interruption of power renders the stereo system inoperable; you have to enter a security code number to the stereo. If you purchased the car new there should be a card in with the papers that came with it. If you bought the car used or lost the code you will have to visit the Hyundai dealer to have it reset.
