Pulley knocking

Trying to figure out which probably is
knocking under the timing belt cover I
know it isn’t anything in my motor block or
nothing how do I figure out hours of which
Poli it is that’s knocking and what can I do
to fix the issue

I’ll try this ias soon as I get home if this solution does not work what else should I attempt to look for
