Why do the interior windows in my 1990 Honda accord DX 4 door sedan fog up

It appears that when iit is damp or raining outside the interior windows fog up
obstructing my vision while driving.  What could be causing this?

yes..the drain tube is plugged...from your air conditioner condenser~ perhaps the floor mats are wet too~ kinda tough to find it...can show you the exploded view~

You may have a leak in your heat exchanger. It would allow radiator fluid to leak into your blower housing and ventilation system. If so, don’t breath it.
